Description
The THERMO-S is a turnkey setup to thermoform any plastic orthotic and prosthetic device. You can drape and bubble thermoform sockets, at the same time! It has four independent vacuum chambers, two horizontal chambers with vise handles, and two vertical chambers that accept any rotating LI attachment. All chambers are independently operated with included valves, vacuum lines, and hardware. A 1/3 HP 110V vacuum pump with a gauge, moisture trap, and foot pedal switch, are included capable of pulling all four chambers at the same time. The vacuum pump fits on the shelf underneath the table for easy cleaning and superior ventilation. The height of the work surface can be adjusted from 30”, 33”, or 36” without affecting any vacuum lines or function. The THERMO-S comes with 2 DX-1000s, 1 Platform Kit, a vacuum pump combo, and all necessary lines and hardware to thermoform right out of the box.
