Description
The Wave Oven uses dual heating methods to achieve fast and consistent cook times. The lower array actively heats and measures the temperature of the underside of the plastic for true accuracy. This surface will not burn soft materials, it pre and post heats thicker plastics, and it transfers heat with constant contact. The upper array is 12 ceramic infrared emitters on a timer, like a microwave, for consistent fast heating. These powerful IR emitters are zoned to give off a consistent even heat to cook the edges of the sheets without melting the center. This will allow anyone with no training to perfectly heat any plastic for thermoforming using the same time for the same material. 4 one touch preprogrammed buttons for common materials, like the popcorn button on a microwave. Added industrial safety features like a cage, magnetic starter, and tower light with beeper make the Wave Oven a cornerstone of your labs fabrication capability.
